Pinnacle Academy offers both individual and group tutoring.

Once you’ve selected and purchased your desired tutoring offering, you will be taken into Pinnacle Academy’s Learning Management System (2BeLive).

In the “Learn” tab of your 2BeLive account, you will see the tutoring session(s) you have purchased. Click on the session, then scroll down to view the available dates and times for that session.

After selecting your desired date and time, the session will appear in the “Upcoming Sessions” section of your 2BeLive homepage.
In your 2BeLive account, navigate to the “Learn” tab and select your desired session. Click “cancel” to remove yourself from the session.

If you wish to reschedule the session, you will be able to do so after clicking “cancel” by clicking “choose a date.” If a student needs to cancel or reschedule and gives at least 24 hours notice, they will receive credit for a future session.

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a session, it is the student’s responsibility to reschedule. If a student does not give 24 hours notice of cancellation, the session cannot be refunded nor rescheduled. Once a lesson has begun, payment is non-refundable.
Sessions will appear in the time zone of the web browser or device you are using.
Live sessions expire one year after the date of purchase. On-demand sessions will remain accessible forever, as long as you have a Pinnacle Academy account.
All three tiers of membership include free, unlimited access to Pinnacle Academy’s entire library of on-demand products. A Premium English Membership includes 8 free group tutoring sessions (4 Conversational & 4 Integrated) per month, while an Unlimited English Membership includes unlimited free group tutoring sessions.
Yes, you can! All tutoring and on-demand offerings are available to purchase, whether you have a paid membership or not.
You can upgrade, change, or cancel your Pinnacle Academy membership at any time.  

To do this, go to your 2beLive dashboard and click your name in the upper right corner. Click "plans," then "change plans."
