We at Pinnacle Academy recognize how important it is to combine the convenience of online with the best practices in education, and we’ve made it our mission to provide exactly that to you.
Online language learning has incredible potential for making language learning and training significantly more accessible to a greater population. We know that online learning and training is different from face-to-face and requires more time and effort to produce, but there are several key components that our teachers incorporate into their online courses to help students succeed.

On average, our teachers have 8+ years of teaching experience.
Rather than filling teaching positions with contracted workers, Pinnacle Academy teachers are employees of the company who are invested in our students and the company as a whole. Every teacher we hire has a passion for educating language learners and has been trained in best practices for educating online. We regularly observe our teachers to ensure that you are receiving the very best online education.
All Pinnacle Academy teachers are TEFL certified instructors; over 60% have master's degrees, and all teachers have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
Every Pinnacle Academy teacher is a North American expert English speaker.

So, how do we help you do that? Pinnacle Academy has an internal team of linguistic and academic experts who meet with you after you sign up for courses. This assessment helps us understand what your goals are, your current English level, and which courses will best help you achieve your goals. Our aim is to customize your experience with Pinnacle Academy in order to help you meet your desired outcomes.

English Level
We want to help you achieve your English goals, and that starts with understanding where you are. We use the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) when assessing student levels. This helps our teachers to best meet your needs and helps you know which courses will be challenging enough to help you grow, which will be too easy, and which will be frustrating. Knowing your CEFR level will help you track your progress and prioritize class selection.

Courses at Pinnacle Academy are offered with purchase of a subscription. We offer one, three, and twelve-month subscriptions. Whichever subscription tier you choose, you will be locked into the per-credit cost unless you decide to upgrade or cancel your subscription, which can be done at any time. Each subscription comes with one credit per month with the option to purchase more as needed. With one credit, you can: participate in a variety of on-demand courses like Night at the Movies and “How to…”, and various live options like Book Club and Experience English.
